After watching the Daniel Plan seminar today I am so excited to get going on this journey toward better health!! I am even more excited that right after the seminar my mom called me and told me to send the girls over, she was taking them out for a healthy lunch and then for a nice walk! I know for certain that the more people around me that are willing to participate, the better my chances are for success and my mom is a huge part of my life (especially because she only lives 5 minutes away!) Now that I have heard the seminar I am going to make certain I take the steps necessary to use all the great tools Saddleback has provided to ensure our success and support us every step of the way. I guess that starts with going to the Daniel Plan website, logging in and creating a profile... which I will do right now!I am also excited that just last night, my small group decided to do the daniel plan program together... even more support!
